Are these subscriptions?
No. Every option is a one-time purchase. There is no auto-renewal, membership or subscription to cancel. The Single Carton is $5 plus tax. The Tri-State Carpool Case and Brooklyn Pickup Case are $25 plus tax each, and the National Case is $35 plus tax with free shipping. Case options contain 12 cartons and have a one-case minimum. Group Order pricing is confirmed at checkout because each group can require a different quantity.
How much water is in a case, and what does each carton cost?
Each case contains twelve 500 mL cartons. A $25 local case works out to about $2.08 per carton before tax: $25 divided by 12. The $35 National Case works out to about $2.92 per carton before tax and includes free shipping to all 50 states. The $5 plus tax Single Carton is the smallest way to try A9 without committing to a case.
Which option should I choose for delivery, pickup or shipping?
Choose based on where you are and how you want to receive the water. The $25 plus tax Tri-State Carpool Case includes free weekly delivery: Queens Monday, Manhattan Tuesday, the Bronx Wednesday, Brooklyn Thursday, Staten Island Friday, New Jersey Saturday and Connecticut Sunday. The $25 plus tax Brooklyn Pickup Case is available 24/7 in Downtown Brooklyn, ZIP 11201, with exact pickup instructions provided after checkout. The $35 plus tax National Case includes free shipping to all 50 states. Most national orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, though timing depends on where you live and remote areas can take longer.
Why is A9 labeled pH 9.6, and is anything added?
A9 is naturally alkaline, with nothing added to manufacture or raise its pH. The water reads pH 9.56 at its Brazilian source and is presented as pH 9.6 using standard one-decimal rounding. Its alkalinity comes from the aquifer rather than additives. This is also what supports the qualified claim: “The highest-pH naturally alkaline water in a carton.”
What does the Tetra Prisma carton do?
The Tetra Prisma aseptic carton protects the water from light and outside air. That barrier helps preserve the fresh taste from Brazil without putting the water in a plastic bottle. The paper-based package also uses a sugar-cane-based cap. Recycling acceptance varies by location, so rinse the empty carton and check your local carton-recycling guidance before placing it in a recycling bin.
How do Community Group Orders and the 10% Captain commission work?
Group Order pricing is confirmed at checkout, and the Captain earns 10% of the entire order total they organize. For a simple example, 10% of a $25 order is $2.50. A $100 group order would earn the Captain $10. The same calculation applies no matter the final order size. This is the current earning model. It is not a promise of paid creative work. Can I order A9 for a venue, restaurant or event?
Yes. Hospitality and event requests are reviewed with the details needed to plan the serve. Restaurants, hotels, caterers and event teams can request A9 for tables, guest rooms, backstage areas or larger gatherings. What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Photograph the issue and email the order details within 48 hours. Send the photos, purchaser name and order information to info@stitchverse.net so the team can review what happened and determine the appropriate replacement or refund. For national orders, tracking is provided after dispatch so you can follow the shipment to your door.
