Is shipping really free to all 50 states?
Yes, there is no separate shipping charge for the National Case. The $35 plus tax case price includes shipping to every U.S. state. Applicable tax may still be calculated at checkout based on the destination. The free-shipping offer applies to the National Case described on this page.
How long does national shipping take?
Most orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Timing depends on where you live, and remote areas can take longer. Tracking is provided after dispatch so you can follow the case to your door. If you need help with an order, email info@stitchverse.net.
What makes A9 naturally alkaline?
The alkalinity comes from the Brazilian aquifer, not added alkalizing agents. A9's source reading is 9.56, presented as pH 9.6 using standard one-decimal rounding. Nothing is added to raise the pH. That makes A9 the highest-pH naturally alkaline water in a carton.
How does Tetra Prisma protect A9 during shipping?
The aseptic carton shields the water from light and outside air. That barrier helps preserve the fresh taste from the Brazilian source through shipping and storage. Tetra Prisma protects the water; it does not create A9's alkalinity or require additives to raise the pH.

Can the cartons be recycled?
Yes, where local programs accept beverage cartons. Rinse the empty carton and follow the recycling guidance for your ZIP code rather than assuming it belongs in every curbside bin. In established carton-recycling systems, recovered paper fibers and poly-aluminum layers can become products such as panels, boards, roofing and insulation. Acceptance varies by location.
