“The People's pH,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Danca Media LLC, the operator of this website and the A9 ordering, donation and community experiences offered through it. “You” means the person visiting the website, sending a message, placing an order or making a donation.
Information we collect
Contact information and messages. If you use the contact form, it opens your own email app with the details you entered. The information you choose to send may include your name, email address, topic and message.
Order information. When you place an order, you may provide your name, email address and the delivery or pickup information needed at checkout.
Donation information. When you donate, the information you provide is submitted through the Donorbox campaign.
How we use information
We use personal information only as needed to fulfill orders, arrange delivery or pickup, respond to messages, process donations and operate the Community Captain and group-order program.
We may also use relevant transaction or communication details to answer questions, resolve order issues and maintain records connected to those activities.
When information is shared
Donation information is processed by Donorbox and Destined 2 Dance, Inc., an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit and fiscal sponsor of The People's pH.
Checkout is handled through Checkout Page, with payments processed through Autobooks. Local deliveries are fulfilled directly by The People's pH, and shipped orders go through USPS. Those providers handle information according to their own policies.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information.
How long information is kept
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, responding to you, running the community program, maintaining necessary transaction records and meeting legal or accounting obligations.
Retention periods can vary based on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable requirements.
