The details that route your question cleanly.

Which inbox should I use for an A9 order or delivery question?

Email info@stitchverse.net for help with an order, delivery, Brooklyn pickup, a donation receipt or a general question. Include the email used at checkout, the order option you selected and a clear description of what happened. For a damaged order, include photos of the shipping box, the affected cartons and the label so the team can review the same details you see.

What happens when I use the contact form?

The form prepares an email in your own email app. Order support, community and general questions are addressed to info@stitchverse.net; wholesale and event inquiries are addressed to 507businessnetwork@stitchverse.net. Review the draft, add any helpful photos or receipts, then send it from your email account. The page does not submit or store the form on the website.

How do I ask about wholesale, hospitality or event orders?

Email 507businessnetwork@stitchverse.net for hospitality, retail, catering, corporate, event, pallet and other volume inquiries. Include your organization, delivery address, estimated case count, event or service date and how the water will be used. Wholesale and event pricing is handled separately from consumer purchases and Community Group Orders, so those details help the team respond to the right request.

Where is Brooklyn pickup?

Pickup is in Downtown Brooklyn, ZIP code 11201, with 24/7 access. Choose Brooklyn Case Pickup when ordering, then follow the exact access and collection instructions provided after checkout. Those details are sent only after an order so you know where to go and how to retrieve the correct case on your own schedule.

What should I know about national orders?

The National Case is $35 plus applicable tax, with free shipping to all 50 states. Most orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, though timing depends on where you live and remote areas can take longer. Tracking is provided after dispatch; use info@stitchverse.net if the tracking or delivery needs attention.

How do Community Group Orders and the Captain commission work?

Community Group Orders are for a building, office, run club, gym, event or neighborhood circle. Group order pricing is confirmed at checkout. A Community Captain earns 10% of the entire order total they organize: for example, 10% of a $25 order total is $2.50. The same calculation applies whatever the final order total is.

How do I apply to become a Community Captain?

DANCA Media runs Community Captain castings through its current castings page. Follow the application instructions shown there. The opportunity available today is the 10% commission on the entire group-order total; the page does not promise separate paid creator or event work.

Where can I donate, and what is the refund policy?

Donate through the official The People's pH campaign on Donorbox. Donations are final and non-refundable. If you were charged twice or in error, email info@stitchverse.net within 30 days and include the donation receipt so the duplicate or erroneous charge can be reviewed.

Can I follow The People's pH online?

Follow Stitchverse World on Instagram and LinkedIn for campaign updates, community moments and news about The People's pH. For order-specific help, use the support email rather than a social direct message so the team has the checkout details needed to review the issue.
