Effective October 13, 2026. The Stitchverse is owned and operated by 507 Stitches LLC. This page explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you hold. It is written to match what the site actually does today.

What we collect

When you join the list, the form collects your name, your email address, and the rail you chose as your interest. That is the whole of it. These pages do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or append data about you from anyone else.

How it is stored

List entries are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and access is limited to the house team that runs the world. The shop sections of this domain run on WooCommerce, which may set the cookies a store needs to function, such as cart and session cookies, when you visit them.

What we use it for

Your email is used for your invitation and for opening notices about the rail you chose, and for nothing else. We do not sell email addresses. We do not share them with tenants, partners, or advertisers. A tenant brand in the Marketplace runs its own list under its own policy, and joining the Stitchverse list does not join theirs.

Your choices

Reply to any email we send and ask to be removed, and you are removed. Write to info@stitchverse.net at any time to see what we hold for your address, correct it, or have it deleted.

The 21+ areas

Sustainably Stoned is a 21+ world. Its pages sit behind an age affirmation, and list entries for that rail are for adults only.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with its effective date, and material changes are announced to the list before they take effect.
